I have an ongoing issue with trying to withdraw my funds from PLAY24BET.COM NOT PLATINUM REELS) I have been trying for over 6 months with no response from emails or online chat. Good morning. Thank you for your response.
I have been trying since early last year (2020) to withdraw my funds from Play24bet.com. Their online chat facility has been saying for months to 'be patient' when asking when I will get my funds that I have requested. I have been patient for over 6 months and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service ([email protected]) with no response to ANY emails, I have also emailed [email protected] (I was advised to by Play24bet.com) and again no response!
I have over £8500 in my account (balance is still the same from last year) and I cannot with draw even £20! I have requested the maximum monthly withdrawal amount over and over and over again but still nothing. On occasions I request to withdraw just £100 and it goes to 'on hold' for a week and declines and goes back onto my overall balance.
It is causing me great distress and I have even requested to be barred from their website and taken off the mailing / text list but they could not even do that. They have recently deleted all of my withdrawal history (and possibly gaming history) but I took a copy of all of this last year when I was struggling to withdraw my funds
Please can you look into this matter and assist with obtaining my funds that I legally won (no bonuses).
